Wow…this home is amazing. I can literally picture myself in this home. I’ve always loved historical homes/neighborhoods. The bathroom on the third floor did it for me! That wood grain slick!! Real clean, that blue blazer U got on clean too Max!! U may want to trade that Toyota in for a Cadillac!! 😂😂😂

Firstly, love your Blazer, that color looks nice on you, and you look very handsome. Not sure if you recall but I really was not vibing with the three-level living, but, I really like this layout, how it is staged, all the natural light, and all the outdoor options really makes this narrow space look very roomy and open. If I am not wrong this looks like a home out of Moderage Builders I love it. Those sky lights lights took me straight to relaxation in the tub with the lights off an the dual sky windows moonlight just flowing in. ENJOYED THIS TOUR MAX! THANKS ☺️

Hmmmm, I never even thought about that. This home went through the process and was approved by City building officials. I wonder if fire codes differ by locality.
