Hi, can you please make a design for 165 sqm lot area but the total floor area is only 120 sqm, 2-storey with 3 bedrooms (1 master, with master bath and small walk in closet, 1 room for boy and 1 room for girl) 1 common bathroom and 1 small workout room, this is all in the 2nd floor. The first floor with receiving area with a high ceiling (living room) and with dining area that connecting to kitchen, 1 bedroom with bathroom, 1 common bathroom. Outside the house, service area (dirty kitchen and laundry area). 2 carport and roof deck with mini bar area and chill spot. Modern design that minimalist white and wood theme with accent colors of gray and black.

Hi, can you please make a design for 130 Sq. M lot area, but the floor area of the house I want is only around 80 Sq. M. 2 storey with 4 beds ( 1 master, with master bath and small walk in closet, 1 room divided for 2 girls, 1 small room for a boy, 1 guess room) 1 common room and 1 small office all in the 2nd floor. 1st floor with receiving area with a high ceiling( small space will do) separate room for dining but with glass sliding door connecting to the kitchen, 1 room for entertainment/ play area for the family, storage/pantry. 1 carport, and roof deck with mini bar area and chill spot. Minimalist white and wood theme with accent colors of gray and black. Thank you.
