You can expand with this plan. Same dimension, just additional bdrm and t&b. Very nice. It will not be fitting in the community I live in but nice nonetheless.

I like all your designs, and i would love to see if you can also make a design using the same floor area, but the bedroom on the ground floor will be the kitchen and the existing kitchen will be dining. then on the 2nd floor the front balcony will be the masters bedroom and toilet and will add a balcony on top of the carport. then if there is a laundry area and dirty kitchen outside it would be nice. and don't forget to add storage room :-)

Hey, this one is pretty good. I like the finishes. Living room good, TV needs to be lower with a shelf above it, or shallow cabinet. The pictures do not go with the decor and furniture. The round chair on the side of the house is just going to get in the way. Dining room good. Kitchen cabinets above the sink need to be raised i grew up leaning over and hollering through the opening so I know. If you can put a shelf maybe 6" deep between the sink side and the dining table that would be super handy for putting plates and food on. Bedrooms good, I would put a swing arm tv holder on that tv. Bathroom I like except you are going to get water all over that toilet and the rest of the bathroom with no shower door. Also, an operational window would be nice to get rid of steam and smells. This one is much better than the usual ones I have seen and as you can see I am critical. This looks so realistic too, good job.
