Watch vlogger James Tanner of My PI Dreams, he had a good Pool contractor build his pool and a neighbor had another house and pool built by a good contractor " Caribbean contractors" i think that mans name was Romeo.... James house is in a gated Subdivision In Lipa ,Batangas , He vlogged both pool builds, two different contractors

My apology but the money spent for this bahay kubo is not worth it. Because the labor is so costly today in the Philippines. And this house won’t last for 15 years that’s for sure. The amakan wall is not durable, it could easily break when it gets wet during the rainy days. Although it is a nice bahay kubo.😊
