D to C, to E minor to A, but capo the first fret(in standard, he is on the second, must be in E flat) . He plays each chord a little different than that, like the c is just a slight variation of the D adding the root C on the A string. but if you start with those chords and play along to the vid, you should figure it out. I just did. Hard to sing and play that fast part, man....hahaha
