What should have been a quick rust-free project car turned out into a 3 engine and two gearbox adventure for Steve and his Chevy Nova. American dry state cars offer people a wonderful opportunity to have a project that doesn't need any rust battling so they can be the the perfect car for a quick classic daily driver projects and that was the plan for this Chevy Nova, but you just can't say no if life offers you a good 6-speed gearbox and some much better engines.

Love the wheels, everything is going to multi spoke. Most every car I've owned had 5 spoke simple design, easier to clean! Period!

One of my biggest regrets is selling my 63 Nova SS in the late 80s due to financial problems. Factory AC, SS hubcaps. Now I always stop to see these cars.
