I think it’s gorgeous Emily, I think I would stain the island the same color as the shelves to help warm up the space. I like the white stove. The pendant lamps turned out really nice 👍

I am totally making this vent cover😊 I am going to add trim along the edge if it to mimic the shaker style cabinets ❤ have you thought of doing that ti yours, it would blend nicely & I think you should paint yours closer to the cabinet color, it's coming off white/gray (er).. nice work

I like the tile, but I’m a gray person. I love gray. I have a lot of it in my house. Also I have a white stove and I absolutely love my white stove. All my appliances are white. When I had my cabinets done, I did white as well because my kitchen is so dark there’s one window but it faces west and it’s just the little window over the sink so I like white to brighten it up. However, my walls are blue so there you go😁. It’s rest of my house that’s gray.

From my standpoint of view, you're being way to fussy! choose basic colors and stick with it. Don't go overboard in your spending as if it's a resale home you may not be able to get what you put into it out of it. People are going to come in and change things to their liking. don't worry about the stove and changing it. Free is a good thing. if you were going to be living there then I'd do it but a free item is a good thing when remodeling a flip house. Stop trying to second guess things. The tile was nice so what if it had grey undertones grey is in. Nice job so far can't wait for the final reveal.
