You get so much that is potentially good for ebay, etsy or poshmark, that you might want to consider expanding that part of your business even if it means you have to hire someone. Very good way to hurt your back , running while carrying a heavy box. I , when i was younger , was a body builder. You do not do any motions with weights that are not natural. ...This would be easy to explain in person with a single 5 pound weight , But would take 2000 words and you still might not understand.........just be careful. When you do carry something heavy and walk with it - never relax your upper body or bend over with it in your arms.
