Great work Mike! Love the shirt. The only thing I would change is the placement of the Television and I would have the doors that hide the washer and dryer open then slide in to the cavity for ease. Other than that great STVR opportunity.

Lol! No it's not that one. Funny thing about that condo building, it had happened there before. I could go into more details but that one is in a known "impact zone"! As for this condo, 1,170 sq ft inside, no pending assessments as far as I know, Fees are steep at $1,961 but that includes hotel level finishes and the expensive part of the AC.
