I am from the Bay area CA. This kind of sq ft in my area it will cost $2 million. And buyers are paying almost $2 million for sq. Ft of 4000

Those master closets are extremely disappointing, even if you combined them they would be too small for me alone (I guess my husband would be banished elsewhere). Also, the guest bedrooms are extremely small. My family would not be comfortable there. Barely enough room for them to put away their luggage.
