While watching, I was imagining having guests in the house entertaining them and having a good time. I was having a hard time choosing which room I will have, they are all amazing. This is one of the most beautiful homes I have ever seen. Love the color palette and flow of the house. The only thing I would do different is reconfigure the primary bedroom to have a fireplace. I think that should be standard for homes in this price range.

I would also put a countertop over the washer/dryer. We have that in our house. It provides a flat large surface for folding clothes and looks neater than just a washer/dryer placed in the room...I would expect more for a house in this price point.

Countertops on top of the washer dryer makes you have to bend over, which can be a problem when you get older. Side by side washer dryer with storage stilts and countertop surface for folding somewhere in the laundry room would be most ideal - at least for me.

@@nicoles9077 The counter space by the window is fantastic. I was more considering the setup of the W/D specifically, how it looks unfinished. I haven’t considered raising them on a platform yet which you are correct, would look nice and be more accessible as the resident ages. I might still complete the look with a countertop or perhaps a butcher block style would be lovely as well.

I think it's worth 8milion, I don't think the price is outrageous. This is a very big house and the top of the line luxury, not just normal luxury. If this house was in Cali with that size land, it would be $40 million. Many celebrity houses which is far more expensive doesn't even look this good. I just wish this house was in Texas, I don't think I'd wanna live in Tennessee in the middle of nowhere. But this house would also be too much to keep clean as it's so huge, I'd need a cleaning crew.

Windows and doors design are beautiful, Kitchen amazing. Couple things I found, 1. There are too many tiny halfways 2. Small rooms. 3. Shue moldings give cheap look for baseboards.

For what you get, this is by far the nicest home I have ever seen! This home has many of the features I would want in my dream home: For starters the porte coche where you literally drive your car through your house. Next it has tons of natural light let in by the many windows. Another detail I love about homes is that you can see the backyard from the front door. Also, its thin, in other words its spread out side to side, so when you walk in the front door, the distance to the backyard is very minimal. Much more I could say but one other feature I love is when homes wrap around the pool or backyard, its like the house is giving the backyard a hug. For those of you who can afford this price range, you don't need a stupid spiral staircase to welcome you or granite everything, you need this house.

Some open spaces here and there to provide roominess and that "breath of fresh air" quality is a good thing. Like maybe the high ceiling kitchen. But I despise wasted space. Many mansions have wasted space for no good reason. I would rather see a high ceiling in the family room so I could put up a 15 foot tall Christmas tree. It needs to be kinda private, maybe visible from the back yard, not next to an exterior door and not next to a fireplace. This is where the tree goes.
