It should be "Tap: You may play that card this turn" that way it basically costs 2 more mana to cast it without using the mana from the land another turn I still think the tempo of the land is too quick though

Herigast in my Purphoros sneak attack deck. Activate Purphoros, put a whatever big creature into play, attack, then use it for the emerge, get it for 2 red and it stays not like the rest of the big boys in the deck. Love it already 😂
