Azorius with the short straw T_T, it sucks that I wont be able to use waterlog teachings in my Raff deck

Yeah...Azorius did get the short end of the stick here, but the mono Blue and White are some of the best that came in MH3! Also, Wizards knew Azorius would be too powerful with a tutor on a land
