Hi Uno, as we are now experiencing frequent flooding due to climate change, can you make an elevated 2-storey house design na ang elevation ng 1st floor from the kalsada level ay kasing taas ng kotse, with 8m x 10m area, 2BR on ground floor: 1x for our Lolos&Lolas and 1x for the guest and 3 more BRs on the 2nd floor: 1x para sa lalaking anak at 1x para sa babaeng anak and then 1x Master's BR. Lot area is approx. 10.5m x 20m. Thanks.
