Nice design. Microwave above the refrigerator? You need to have a stepstool to operate the microwave safely. Master bathroom could be larger if there would be a pocket or regular door on wardrobe wall.

Hi EHDC. I would like to request if you can make a minimalist 2-storey house design on an 80 sqm lot. I would like the 60-65 sqm. only to be used for the house then the rest of the space is for garage, garden and lavatory. (though you can make adjustment so that it would be doable). Is it possible to have a sinking living room design? Same with bedrooms 😅 so I won't need lot of furniture in the house and to save space. Hope you will read this and grant my request. Thank you.
