Homeownership builds a sense of pride and accomplishment and while we believe that all of us can create the home we want, we must also consider that there is always a price to pay if you want to make it better, and a price to pay for just settling for less, with other words -a price for everything (not just monetary).
We are talking about the very willingness to try to achieve what one wants to achieve. Wishing for something is easy, another thing is to understand that to achieve something, one must be willing to work hard and pay for it.
