Modern House Design Idea (4x10 meters) with Loft

Possible po kaya na with dirty kitchen, and how can we position the bedroom, na accessible sa exit door, just in case magkasunog sa kitchen, may way palabas. Can you make the second floor a full area, but with additional two regular bedroom, a toilet and bath and a balcony. Maari din kayang magkaron ng space sa entrance for a small terrace, while sa likod pwede maglagay ng table for a lunch in summer for the family, while cooking bbq and playing with dogs. Could it be possible all in all for a budget of 2M? Thanks! I am always watching your videos and I love your design, my favorite is the 9x5, 6x8 and 6x10.

Yung maganda sa design na ito ay yung pagiging straight-forward. Wala na masyadong division. Medyo awkward lang para sa akin na may kwarto na very accessible sa kitchen. Siguro para sa akin kung ipersonalize ko yung design: 1. Yung bedroom sa g/f nasa ilalim ng hagdan kahit medyo mabawasan yung size. 2. Yung kitchen same location kasunod niya ang CR. 3. Siguro lalagyan ko din ng CR sa taas since medyo malaki space. 4. Glass wall din sa loft para malagyan ng aircon yung taas 😊 Overall I like this. Kung nasa 1M lang din ito, swak na swak sa ideal design ko. Congrats! More power.

Roofed carport please. Love the bright interior with those tall/wide glasses. Most of all, thank you for adding shower curtain. Also, the working station in the bedroom. That's is very important to me. This is simple but classy, appreciate it very much.

Hi Uno House Designs! I’m always watching your house vlogs and it’s so great. Me and my family really love it! Could you do another video of a 150sqm (lot area) house? A minimalist with a mixed of modern design. Here’s some of my idea: Ground floor: - 2 car garage - Spacious living room - Spacious dining and kitchen - Breakfast nook - Comfort room - A garden at the back of the house which is connected to the clean kitchen (to have some family bonding like grilling, celebrating special occasions) - Small dirty kitchen - Small laundry area Second floor: - Master bedroom with T&B and walk-in closet - 1 guest room (with 2 double decks) - 1 children’s room - 1 bigger room size for elder daughter - Common bathroom - Balcony
