Modern Industrial House

This is a concept for a two-storey residence with a roofdeck. The design is tropical, taking advantage of the natural light and ventilation. The layout is very open yet still private. You'll notice that the windows are a combination of clear and frosted lower glass. Vertical elements are also added for additional privacy and buffers for the afternoon sun. The aesthetic is modern industrial but a bit simpler.
