Your explanation doesn't makes sense. It's just bad designed fork. Could happen with any material, has nothing to do with deformation, just bad quality. It was like this from day 0. Inspecting mount points, and bb holes is something you always need to do when buying any type of bike, doesn't matter the material.

This fork also appears to have 2 axle offsets, and it appears to be on more to the front side. If you remove the axle and turn the aluminum plates, it could fix the rubbing. It will not fix the shitty designed mounting points, but could fix the rubbing.

@@andreortizdecarvalho it would be great if that was true. Tell this to owner he will get crazy. Originally when bike was new no rubbing on same position and the person who asembling this bike as official dealer allready grinding lots of material from valiper support adapter and its obvious rubbing happened just after having bike loaded with gear for adventure travelling and once comming back didn t stop and the official dealer tried to set again and owner said never better but worse. Once came to me pressed the caliper on side sliglty and magic happens its bending and its bendin even under braking despite brakes being air buble free, now once i installed the thin 0,15mm metal half for piece stopped rubbing and owner called me from his travell no problem after fixed this. Im engineer ok so i know the rules how things should be done any inserts molded into carbon frame by time when micro cracks starts to happen all over carbon structure becomes softer and softer ask Mclaren. So problem temporarly solved but will be back after certain milage and ageing. The catch is on fork itself there is no material you can face it of in corelation to axle and fors shouldn t be done this way but rather having molded a block of support material from aluminum alloy with more material so you can face it in corelation or paralel to the hub axle.

What a load of bullshit! I have a roadbike from 2016 with a carbon fork and hydraulic disc brakes. No problem.

Good for you keep it as long as it works. This one is gravel and build to load the gear. In the future we will load videos with owners it self so they will tell every bullshit that they have to live with it to be more transparent how problems evolving with bike age and milage. Not all bikes have problem like this but we count allready at least 100 bikes with similar issue so we published on video clip .

@@gongalab My point being: You will always find quite few people who has a problem with ANY bike. If you find 100 bikes that are the same brand and/or same model then you have something else than just an anecdote. And of course, if people don´t maintain their bikes and/or only use poor mechanics, then ANY bike will be a problem, even the most expensive ones (some of them even come new from the factory with a phasing issue).

@@boc-tonysyklist2145 2h ago the owner texted me and says the fork will be replaced by new one due to defect in manufacturing process by official dealership and said it wasn t the only case. So eventually owner got his point too that fork during every ride was more and more deformed at this tread plugs.
