Thank you. It may be because Toll Brothers in our area typically has 12' ceilings instead of 10' like you see here. When the community closed this Toll Brothers home was similar in price to the Manhattan --> kzbin.info/www/bejne/fmK7naCpec2gpJIfeature=shared

Correct this is an all ages community and the HOA $259.25/month and the Total CDD Assessments are $5,057.94 annually.
