The combination of the tarp strips, netting and weathering really makes the kit stand out. You really captured the look of so many resource photos.

Great timing! Just a couple of hours ago I really messed up a model, leaving a huge gap between two large parts. It wasn't part of the plan, but now I think some tarps and nets would look pretty cool on it 😁

Well, l was in the British Army and used to be in Germany in a mechanised battalion, how in your mind are the tarp and the camo net secured onto the leopard, in the real world we never use glue, but we used elastic bungees we called them with hook, on your model some of that would come off with the speed of the leopard going across country. But you have done a nice job of it.
@coldemonspl7 ай бұрын
OMG, Paul, do you think I'm so ignorant as to think that in a real vehicle I would put a tarp and drive around the forest with it and be sure it wouldn't fall off? Have you ever had a 1/35 Leopard model in your hand? If you had one, you probably saw that there are no places where you can attach the bungees you mention. If you haven't had it, please take a look at my video. There are few places where such links can be attached. In a real vehicle this is not a problem but not in the model. I appreciate your experience as a soldier, I won't boast about mine, but believe me, I know exactly how the plank should be attached to the vehicle. If the design of the model allows it, I use these possibilities. If not, like in this case, I use other methods to make the model look awesome. :)

1.Really admire your attention to detail and realism, but a pattern of that masking mesh is just too large and way out of scale. 2. Does your voice, when you speak in your native language, sound like a wild west bandit too?
