U must be using a small contractor saw? I cut miles of trim on my 3hp 52” cabinet saw set on wheels w/extension same area as your garage I converted mine! I am a finish contractor so I cut boat loads on both a Makita Track saw and table saw! Good table saw is 100% more stable which effects your accuracy !

Yeah I am running a Dwe7491rs. I made one of these once on it and it did really well except for running the already mitered edge against the fence to miter the opposite side. One day I want a big saw 😂 How do you like the Makita track saw? I’ve been eying buying one.

@@berlinbuilds Best Buy besides the overpriced green one!!! Kidding Festools are great! Get the battery one and two tracks! It is really a hardcore pro tool! I probably have put 10 blades in mine in 3/4 years? I hv the 12” Makita miter saw new and it is way more accurate than the Bosh I had!! I never could get that Bosh to cut accurate! The Makita cut dead nuts on right out of the box! As far as a table saw I bought a Grizzly 10” , 52” table w/extension! That saw is dead accurate also ! One draw back ? Changing belts! I work alone and the only advice I hv to you is stay solo & charge more! Stay healthy! I started at 50 after 30 yrs serving the public. I am 63 and love every minute of it! work extremely hard and stay in shape you will be successful ! Oh u already do it but can not be stressed enough! Know your math, and your work (complicated stuff) will be dead on!

Slide it off the end of the table, let the pieces come together one by one, then roll it over and lay it back out, also use actual packing tape and put strips perpendicular to the miters to hold better

Trying to get everything to line up is hard. I’m gonna try your technique with the 46 degree cuts
