MODERN QUINOA FARM | KINOA A NEW SOURCE OF STAINLESS FOOD THOSE PEOPLE KNOW
Quinoa is a grain that comes from the Chenopodium quinoa plant. This plant has existed since approximately 5000 years ago. This plant is native to the Andean regions of Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia and Colombia. Currently the main quinoa producing countries in the world are Peru, Bolivia, and the United States, Colorado and Nevada. Quinoa is a grain that is rich in protein and high in fiber. This food has been known in America, as a superfood choice for a healthy diet because it is rich in nutrients.
Because of its good nutritional content for dietary food sources and also its low production, this makes this one food ingredient quite expensive and still hard to find in the market. Quinoa seeds can be cooked like rice, or made into porridge, as well as a basic ingredient for making cakes and breads. However, quinoa is more commonly cooked and consumed like rice.
