This is gorgeous and exactly what I have been looking for! I wanted to find a modern ranch for my sims who are young adult twins and Gen 10 of my legacy challenge. I don’t think they would choose something rustic and run down - with the huge windows and open space, I think this is exactly what they would’ve purchased. Even the touches like the expensive computers fit exactly their personalities and lifestyles. Love it and for sure putting this in my game 😄😄 Enter - for the giveaway 🥳❤

Downloaded and using it in my gameplay. Absolutely stunning build to use. Definitely favourite build I've gotten from the gallery - I'm not great at building in the sims; I just wanna get on with the gameplay. I usually download from the gallery, them tweak a build to my liking, however, the only thing I've changed so far is removing the clutter from the child's bedroom but kept the bed, side table and computer set-up. It's the modern aesthetical twist that I love about this build.
