Seriously overpriced.... 500k nope maybe 200k 250k even with that price they are making a profit, what is driving the prices up in DR are AirBnB, people just want to be real estate investors..... do not buy anything more than 200k 250k in the DR

The market will determine the sales price. Comparable sales should determine the asking price.

@@kenschadegg9932 Man, the allure of DR is economical, not people from other countries trying to capitalize on foreigners that do not know any better or people where 500k is like 50k them, remember DR is not a first world country to spend that type of money, there are hurricanes, plus their government can become unstable anytime, it was a former dictatorship country, and a 500k house will not be able to resell at the same price since many other developments are in progress....not everybody wants to live by the beach and be subjected to the maintenance fees that will increase over time..... most people are not millionaires

@@Grumpy12 Yep, it is DR, it is a loss on the resale, it makes a good AirBnB to offset the costs, it just pretty and being by the sea, is not a wise decision, always look at where the rich Dominican lives.......
