@@johnrencher442 Hola! Thanks for watching! In this particular residence, there are no HOA fees! Each home has their own parking and pool etc so there is no club House and hence no HOA fees. There is a community close by that has a club House etc so they do have an association. It's nice that there is something for everyone's preferences!

Hola! Thanks for watching! This is a residence that does not have HOA fees. There is a security arm and the builder is leaving the owners in charge of having their communication to put a security guard if they wish. In terms of markets, there are markets in town, the large supermarket (think Walmart style) is right in the entrance to La Romana (called Jumbo) (although there will be a large market built here in Bayahibe in the near future). The closest airport is just 15 min away (the La Romana airport) and the Punta Cana airport is less than an hour away. La Romana is the closest large city about 15-20 min away with multiple large hospitals/markets/stores etc if you need something that is not in town.

@@BIGJ-kb3vc hola! Thanks for watching! The closest airport is La Romana just 15 minutes away! Punta Cana is also close, less than 1 hr away. Another option is Santo Domingo about 1.5 hrs away. We have lots of great options!
