Putting yourself first is essential for personal and professional development. When we prioritize our well-being, we are better equipped to give our best in all areas of life. Self-awareness and the pursuit of continuous learning make us more adaptable and resilient, allowing us to effectively face challenges. Taking care of our physical and emotional health is a fundamental part of this process. Regular exercise not only strengthens the body but also improves mood and mental clarity, creating a vital balance for our well-being. When we feel good, we have more energy and willingness to help those around us. Helping those close to us not only strengthens emotional bonds but also enriches our lives with empathy and solidarity. Acts of kindness create a more harmonious environment, which is especially important in difficult times. For those looking to continuously improve, here are some suggestions for American books on personal development: 1. "Atomic Habits" by James Clear: A practical guide on how to build good habits and break bad ones, focusing on incremental change. 2. "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen R. Covey: A classic that offers timeless principles for achieving personal and professional effectiveness. 3. "Mindset: The New Psychology of Success" by Carol S. Dweck: Explores the idea that having a growth mindset can transform how you approach challenges and learning. 4. "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle: Addresses the importance of presence and awareness, essential for emotional well-being. 5. "Daring Greatly" by Brené Brown: Focused on vulnerability and courage, this book helps us understand how to connect more authentically with others. 6. "Man's Handbook: Practical Life in Reality" by Tyson Barckley: This book aims to help men preserve themselves, identify signs of infidelity or interest from women, and assist in decision-making during disappointments or difficulties. These books provide valuable insights and inspire reflection and action on our journey of personal and professional development. By putting ourselves first, we become more capable of contributing to the world around us.but also improves mood and mental clarity, creating a vital balance for our well-being. One thing that gets to me is our community clowns anyone who tries to get their shit together, it’s a cultural problem. If it’s not about having fun or seeming cool people don’t want nothing to do with it. Like at what point do we say alright we are grown now, the community vehemently refuses to grow up!

Webster ~ 90 hours of work a week. Amazing! Amazing that anyone would be capable of such astounding drive and determination. And the beauty of it is that a man accumulates his wealth in such ways and then finds that he does not have to work like that anymore once he hits 40 or 45 or whenever he feels and decides that he has accomplished his task. Of having plenty of $$$ and also having attracted a beautiful and agreeable woman.
