I disagree; only because Winter is coming, and it’s still Fall. But it’s getting colder & colder. I’m doing side projects on this; I’m a CFA/PMP, with extensive experience in demographics related economics. In the approximately 5 years since this video dropped, I’ve watched 40 year old women turn into 45 year old women, and the divorce/LTR ending rate has exceeded the marriage/LTR enter rate by a significant margin; and most remained single with a negative trend financially. One thing they all have in common: they are still denying needing a man, and 5 years later, the financial situation is even more bleak, as 100% of those holding Student Loans Debt have not moved the needle on that; nor have they added to Retirement Savings. Most are looking for the quick fix. Real Estate is still the #1 “go-to”; which doesn’t work. Still holding out, thinking they have plenty of time. I’ve seen men in this same situation increase their value & savings. They’ve become deadly serious about their finances & future. The ever increasing number of single women buying homes and using that as something to brag about will come home to roost the same way College Education & Student Loan Debt has. They’re going to be further broke, but will be even older. I’m now 51, and since 2020 I’ve increased net worth by $200k. I’ve gotten back into physical condition that appearance wise rivals my best years in late 30s. And I live modestly in a luxury studio apartment. My furniture is top quality & I could go bigger but no point to it currently. I’ve dated these women and they really offer very little. I underestimated the amount of fakeness (Botox, cosmetic surgeries) they have & continue to do, but for what purpose? They don’t really prioritize men. Winter is 5 years away from January 2025. Let this group exceed 50+ and really be alone, and really broke. Men, this is the opportunity of lifetime. Invest, save, be prepared for the next recession. Recessions are inevitable and quite frankly, necessary. They also result in incredible one in a lifetime wealth building opportunities; so be prepared. They won’t come crawling back; but it’s important to note: you don’t date your own age group, you date the next generation or two younger. That’s how it works best, so work it best.
