I worked with a personal trainer (who kicked my a$$) in one year I lost 6 inches off my waist and at least 40% of my body fat. It was amazing how a combination of weight training and cardio worked. After a solid one hour workout, I would do laps in the pool for another 30 to 45 minutes. In my mid 40's I could easily pass for early 30's. I can still pass for late 50's or early 60's at 70+.

She is one of the more respectful Black woman in her age group. There have been many non black women that have been respectful, were wife material and had a feminine lightness about themselves . She has the right intent and KS has just re oriented her in the right direction. Now she will just have to comprehend and assimilate the information. Female mentorship would help her. With her past programming she runs the risk of looking for the wrong guys her age. An older man with patience might work with her.
