As a longtime Spite fan I'm genuinely curious to know if this band is inspired by them. I really enjoy this album but can't help but feel like the vocals are ridiculously similar to Darius. This band might be better instrumentally but I'm having a hard time seeing past the similarities, especially because you came way after Spite.

We take absolutely 0 inspiration from them. It just so happens our vocalist uses a similar vocal technique. I would also like to add that Darius did not invent the technique and style of which he uses. Many other vocalists use the same technique, we just so happen to full under the same umbrella genre name/niche, that they full under which brings people to compare us and them very often, when in fact, is fine, but no we do not take influence or inspiration from them.
