I just want a house that doesn't feel like you live in a cave, let's natural light in. I would frost, and tint some windows. I would make the top floor almost all glass, then the bottom more private. Let, the natural light in.

Nope, just dish soap and a wash cloth. Probably some vinegar for rinse, if you use too much soap.
