I want a revolver with a flashlight, red dot sight, and laser, all connected thru a single high power large battery that is inserted thru the bottom of the pistol grip. The grip can be transparent and show a small battery level LED inside. The laser can be integrated into the top of the barrel and run the length to the top rear. The red dot then goes on top of this laser . The front and rear tritium backup sights are also integrated into the top of the laser on the front and back with the red dot in the middle. The gun is double action only and the hammer is replaced with a flat backed safety. You use your thumb to slide it up for safe and down to fire, almost like cocking a normal hammer. The whole thing should look like a more practical version of a bladerunner blaster.

The barrel fit is so tight, it required a rubber mallet to install it. The pin is purely an extra security measure.

Ive thought about designing a low profile kind of red dot sight for a while that fits on a revolver i have, i hate the bulk and aesthetics of store vought ones, maybe ill give a try sometime soon. Also i bet an olight baldr mini would look sick on that thing and henlp eliminate that gap between the light buttons and the trigger guard.

Check out the Delta Micro red dot (I think that's what it's called. Ain't perfect but it goes more in that direction. I agree with you fully, I want some sleeker pistol optics, even just some slanted "wings on the back and front to smooth out the profile would be nice

Everything is positioned to clear that. It would be recommended not to use the momentary setting on the flashlight though. Just turn it on and let ‘er rip.

How did you make this? Are you a machinist? Currently, I'm looking at a Smith & Wesson TRR8 or M&P R8 to add a light. However, I'd prefer a standard stainless steel 8 round 357 magnum. I just want to be able to put a light on it.

@@booliganshootingsports all I really want, is a 1913 rail on the bottom of a revolver barrel, so that I can mount a light close enough to the trigger guard, such that I can actually activate it with my shooting hand. I find it odd that the revolver manufacturers don't recognize that people want this. The best you can get these days, is a Smith & Wesson TRR8 or M&P R8. And on those 5" barrel revolvers, the 1913 rail is so far from the trigger guard, people have to jury rig a rail adapter to get the light close to the trigger guard.
