2024 Ford Ranger Raptor First Drive - Sharp & Sensible Claws

The 2024 Ford Ranger Raptor is all-new and runs off a 3.0L twin-turbo V6 with 405 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque through a 10-speed Selectshift automatic.
From climbing mountains, easily conquering rocks and obstacles on said mountain, to jumping, to Baja-style course racing, the Ranger Raptor is thoroughly impressive.
Decked out with 2.5-inch live valve Fox shocks, huge tires, a Watts Link rear suspension and plenty of other off-road and performance goodies, there's a lot to like here.

Love your car reviews. Simple straightforward for us regular folk. Thinking about getting a Ranger Raptor. I presently have a 22 Ranger and its a great vehicle but want to possible exercise my wild side. We'll see. If not priced to my liking I'll probably stick with my regular Ranger. Tally Ho.

Nice review and nice truck for people with swimming in money. What about for middle class families that is looking for a truck around 30K with naturally aspirated engine? What ever happened to old Rangers, can’t they put those durable 4.0 V6 engines for a price point of 30K?
