In clothing for women, most conservative protestants say 4 finger widths below the collar bone. Essentially, no breast tissue or cleavage ought to be shown when standing or bending over. If you kneel before a Priest, he should not be subjected to a view down your front. I think cap sleeves or mid-bicept sleeves, even sleeveless is ok so long as the armholes are cut tightly enough to avoid seeing undergarments or side-breast. Hemlines should cover the knees while standing, sitting, and kneeling. For those in transitional wardrobes...cardigans, scarves, opaque tights, or even keeping your jacket over your lap can increase modesty.

There's a few concepts I'm a bit confused about. At the end he mentioned it is OK for a women to dress in a way to excite her husband as long as it's not in public, but with that in mind, isn't it posible that since the clothing is trying to exite him, wouldn't that make him more vulnerable to lust after her since it is obviously still posible to lust after your wife. The other concept that is still confusing is, when you mention the customs of the culture being acceptable, that clearly can't mean anything being wore in the culture. I can't imagine certain fashions like tight clothing or short skirts being cultural since 99% of the time they may lead men into lust.

At 13:00 the issue of kissing comes up. Were it not for the subsequent condemnation of passionate kissing that came up moments later in this sermon, I would have thought Father wasn’t opposed to it...sorry to say. Therefore, when Father can a courting male kiss his female friend whom he’s courting without sin? Shouldn’t we mention that you’re referring to a very quick, slight peck on the cheek so no one leaves this sermon confused? I’m not judging Father...just want to be clear here.

Passionate kissing is a lot more diferent than a kiss on the cheek.

I understood it as when you are sure you want to pursue marriage with someone you can give them a kiss. Making out or passionate kissing is for after you're married.

Paul says to greet your brethren with a kiss. This is on the cheek I presume. I show affection to both my blood and Christ sisters in this way. My father and blood brother and sisters I kiss on the lips. This is no different than the affection and adoration, when doing this with brothers and sisters in Christ, whether looking to marry or not, it is acceptable and pleasing before Christ Himself. Amen
