I took several Indian architecture and art classes while in college here in the US. They were so willing to highlight Mughal art and Islamic architecture but very very little mention of Hindu Architecture. These Hinduphobes think we were living in huts before the invaders came.

I remember visiting historic places in my first Europe visit and seeing them glorifying beds and chairs from the 16th century and considering buildings still standing from the 12th century as architecture marvel.. and I realised we have thousands and thousands years old (pre British & mughal) history, culture, architecture, art, medicine, science etc and yet we do not highlight or take pride in any of it before 2014. yes according to the education system of congress time.. there is nothing of note in the history of India before the mughals and the britishers!

I'm an archaeologist and can tell you that most of my colleagues still believe in the AIT because all the books we study during the BA/MA courses are written by westerners (past and present) who still don't accept the more recent findings from Rakhigarhi. Of course, for a theory to be replaced by a new one, we require multiple evidence presentations by more archaeologists which takes time.

Only shortcoming of Narendra Modi is it's inability to deal with colonial judiciary properly. The dilly dally attitude and the legitimization of lawlessness by judiciary were the main reasons for CAA riots and Farmer riots.

Anything passed in parliament needs to pass basic test of constitution as decided by Supreme court. Parliament can pass whatever but the final word will be of judiciary. Parliament can never overturn SC decision if its considered basic structure of constitution. Read Kesavananda Bharati judgement to understand it
