The west, Pak, China everyone is upset with Modi coming into power once again. Within 2 months the country is wittnessing lot of upsets. Unfortunately the NDA is slowing its momentum . The performace was like 2014 > 2019 > 2024. They should be more vigorous than 2014 for the nation to prosper and to counter the opposition.

You're right, this term will be an interesting one because Modi has never run a coalition government. But I think every term has had a fair share of both successes and shortcomings. Like in the first term Surgical Strikes happened, then Article 370 & CAA happened in the second term but there have also been many shortcomings as well on other fronts. So I think they have no other option except to perform well.

There are many types of leaders For power, they are bored so want be, greed, money, jealously etc But the smart leader is who understands that it's not an one man's work but an army's and find the right persons for all fields half war won! It's about Team delegation. And yes, there's Sanju Verma too. Actually they have a lot of good spokespersons. Another such name is Dr. Ajay Alok who I think joined very recently. I think they are delegated on basis of the subject matter like Sudhanshu Trivedi for culture and heritage and that too in Hindi, Shehzad Poonawalla for politics, Nalin Kohli for strategic interests and geopolitics etc

They have to face this ugly war of misinformation! BTW I said Sanju Verma because Modiji just don't do lip service when it comes to women. Actually, this one is about the last decade rather than this 2024 Cabinet. This one is a coalition government so some ministries have to be given to the alliance partners like you have mentioned TDP above. But that's why the Parliamentary system actually has that limitation, like I mentioned at the start. Usually, people who fight elections in Lok Sabha are purely political so they don't necessarily have domain expertise. Exception, being someone like Nitin Gadkari, both well-performing ministry and wins politically through the Lok Sabha. Other extremely capable ones like S Jaishankar need to brought in through the Rajya Sabha.

I do agree the positions should have been swapped. But then again I do understand that TDP might have possibly requested Modi Ji for the rural development position since the state is pretty much messed up in that. I can tell this hailing from the state of Andhra Pradesh. Modi Ji might also have been concerned about handing over the critical Union health minister position to Mr Pemmasani who belongs to TDP and is relatively new to politics and hence might have handed him the MoS instead of the Union Ministry. Not just a founder and CEO, but a doctor by profession, I'm sure Mr. Pemmasani can do justice irrespective of what the field is. Being a millionaire and not taking US citizenship even after settling there for the past 20+ years convinced me of his honesty to do good for the nation. I could see his honesty and transparency in his interview (kzbin.info/www/bejne/pHPPYaN7Zbh3adE) and would 100% feel safe that whatever position it may be, be in the hands of an educated and fast learner than some corrupt old politician. And yes, I'm confident if he can grow a business from 75$ to 5000cr MNC, he can do his part in helping INDIA grow in the rural development and communication sector.

Actually I thought he was worth including because of the way he defended India's oil interests in the wake of the war, while resisting international pressure. You've made some very good points here. 1. The Defence budget really has to be increased a lot. Especially now that situations have opened on 2 fronts, unlike decades back when it used to be just 1 front. 2. The Bureaucracy has been a roadblock for a years now. But the reason is because they are only ones who end up being the only people understanding a little bit of everything like administration, politics. To find pure domain expertise like S Jaishankar is really difficult. Maybe I might make videos on these in the future.
