I love your chocolate taste adventure. I have had the Modica chocolate and yes it's very grainy / dry / crunchy ... very different than the usual consistency and taste.

I live in the east outskirts of Milan. Here there are many people from anywhere italian locations. I was also in several countries for work. But you know if you want to eat well and drink well just Italy. ahahahahah otherwise we have so others many problems with economy, politicians and covid as well. This is the biggest problem when you visit Sicily. People always think that in Sicily, there are 30 or 40 degrees (celsius) during all the year. This is not true. In Winter (and the last part of Autumn) here it's cold, also because, it's very humid!

@@TheGlobalExpats you had to visit "La Vetta" and "Pizzo Belvedere". From that point you can see Modica Bassa from the top and see the historic centre. In the night, Modica become like a massive lights in the night. Yeah, i love my city 😂
