Like i love this car, but people say the cost of maintanance is bit high is it true?

It all depends on how you want your car to be brother. If you want a car for the sake of having it, definitely less maintenance. But the spare parts are bit pricey wen u talk about german cars. Wen u want ur car covered with PPF or ceramic coat, If u want it neat and shiny then Wash & polish it everyday, if you want it stand out you will modify it to your taste which will reduce fuel efficiency and u need to spend alot for fuel then obviously the cost of maintaining that car will increase. No matter which car u buy this will apply. For example, You can spend lakhs on Maruti 800 as well.
