This is what I was looking for, similar to Japanese red lights. But unfortunately the bottom screen doesn't have a negative display and is completely black.

I'm not a fan of the AE-1300, but nice mod anyway. Just curious about the dimensions of the band, and this is purely curiosity, but would the flair at the top of the band be at home on other models such as the F-91, F-105, and other watches in that area, or would the band overhang the outside edges of the lugs?

Not sure. This strap flairs out to 23mm, so youd have to find the outer lug measurements on those casios u mentioned and compare
