SO HYPE TO SHOW YOU GUYS THIS VIDEO 🙌🏽
THIS IS THE FIRST INSTALMENT OF CONVERTING MY SP INTO A TRACK BIKE (MINUS TRACK/RACE FAIRINGS)
IN THIS VIDEO WE STRIP OFF SOME FAIRINGS, FIT CARBON SWING ARM COVERS, KOSO TAIL TIDY, R&G COTTON REELS, R&G SWINGARM PROTECTORS AND A NEW SCORPION EXHAUST.

Nice. Can't wait for it to be finished. I can't say I wanted a longer video, however it would've been nice to see the installation of the exhaust and the carbon pieces.

Joe Covey thanks buddy! Yeah this is the first time I’ve done a long form video as we literally could not cut anymore out and I really didn’t want it to end up being a full on tutorial video, more just observational snippets. I was conscious of time towards the end...and very tired 🤣

I don’t have a Fireblade, just a Duke 125. However, I find your video very interesting and entertaining at the same time. Keep up the good work.

How did you take the front faring off did you have to take the whole head lights and everything off?

Order new fairing gromets !! They will all tear from being removed on/off when changing oil

How did you find your Fireblade performing on track. I'm in a market for a new bike and the CBR1000RR is one of the bikes I'm considering. I'm juts unsure if the power output as most of the videos I've seen (mostly from USA) are reffing to low HP, around 150hp. The competition in a similar price range is around 180 - 210hp so I'm wondering if the CBT does not feel sluggish.

Is the new exhaust louder or quieter at higher RPMs? The stock one limits me to about 10K rpm at my track, so need soemething quieter.

How were you able to remove the nose on the bike? I am having issues doing so.

I swear modern bikes today are designed to just fit together and not to be tampered with when they leave the factory. Every bloody thing is such a tight squeeze to get your hand on. There's no thought for the people working on them afterwards

dont put the servo motor back in, get a Servo Buddy or flash the ECU

What was the logic behind track converting the SP1 versus a base model? The SP2 I can sort of see (I have a couple) as the cylinder head brings a lot to the party. As for the exhaust Servo, that’s the power of a Woolich tune. Flash out what ever is redundant.

RCFourFive no real logic, I just wanted to have my cakes and eat it too, I got this bike for the same price as extremely low mileage base models anyway but fundamentally I rode the SP2 first and fell In love but it was out my price range and once you ride any SP, the base model doesn’t feel as special when you are on it in my opinion 😊 Woolich map is definitely on the cards 🤙

Project Moneypits fair enough 👍 If you have any questions about the tuning process (and it does have quite a few pitfalls and tricks) just drop us a line as I have pretty much covered all eventualities you might ever encounter with regard to SC77 Woolich tuning - and this is going to be especially true if the SP2. It requires some really specific attention to detail to not bugger it up :) I spend more time on Insta these days than KZbin but it’s the same account name @rcfourfive I just finished my SP2 WSBK conversion - its been an interesting journey.
