im experiencing problems possibly related to a bad flame sensor. When is the flame sensor located on a modine pcv125 hanging furnace?

On an older unit like the PA50AB is that still 1 inch from ceiling. And is it OK to run vent pipe straight out to the wall, because it's the lower garage don't have access to the roof.

Does the exhaust pipe need to be dual wall or can de single when going thru a metal roof ?

What horizontal vent kit is required for the HDS45? Can’t find one with 3” venting.
