This is by far the best bass plugin out there. I wonder if you added lower tones to the samples. If I remeber MODO Bass 1 went to E3. Sometimes I miss those really low tones of a tuned bass.

Site says update requires Mac 10.13. Is that set in stone? I've been requesting these new Modo Bass features for years now, but all users like me of expandable mac pros (except the one released this past year) won't be able to use Modo Bass 2. Since the trash can mac had no room to expand, there are still a lot of users like me with older systems who have upgraded every possible component, can edit 4k video, run huge audio projects, etc, but are hardware capped at Mac OS 10.11. Since we're apparently still pre-release, if the software doesn't absolutely REQUIRE 10.13 for a reason that can't be patched, please consider rolling back the version requirement.

Is the trial version of this free for commercial use? Google is useless and it doesnt say on your website. The free version is literally all i need.

Love the sound. But, why can't you play patterns truly sync'd with the DAW? I.e. when I press play on the DAW I want the Bass pattern to start playing.

this looks great, I see you can choose a key too. but does it follow the progression of the rest of the music in the DAW? or do you have to adjust that manually later

i know from other bass plugins that it is recommended to use -ms delay on the channel with the VSTi to compensate for the initial attack,, timing wise. is this somehow necessary, or advised here?

That is not necessary. You can play via MIDI with ultra-low latency no problem.
