I like your channel and your rig. Nice mods you did. We are looking for our first rig. We just can't decide on 2WD vs. AWD. thanks for the great video.

Thank you for watching. We own three other vehicles. All are 4wd or AWD. If I were to do it again, I’d definitely prefer AWD. However there are drawbacks. First and foremost is layout. The 59k floor plan, which I like, is only on promasters. Even in other brands such as Entegra Ethos, Coachman Beyond, etc. Sprinters are Mercedes which has a built in maintenance increase along with price of van. Kick a lot of tires and see what you truly like. The Tampa show in a couple weeks is a great show along with Hershey in Sept. Good luck and all the best!

@ChippersIslandAdventures I am familiar with every rig you mentioned. I know about that Tampa show to. Frankly, I like Coachman Beyond with the dually setup the best so far. We are talking to custom builders, too. Thanks for all the advice.

@ Do’n good thank you. Ya I know what you mean about the ease of use. We have a Entegra Odyessey 30Z which is 32 1/2 feet. Kinda of cumbersome for sure so we bought a tow vehicle to bring with us 🤷🏻‍♂️ Happy New Year and happy trails

I loved the 24b but with the way I travel, the van makes better sense. Been watching a lot of van builds. Some are amazing.

Eight years full-time living in Travato 59K. I have never seen Anyone use or even acknowledge the grill feature of the “ microwave“. Owners/salesman don’t even seem to realize it exists! It’s an amazing feature that rotates and cooks steaks to perfection …..and nobody knows about it? I find this to be very strange.
