Weirdly enough I actually prefer vanilla steering filter settings. You can actually get it to feel really good if you use all of the filters correctly

Even more so if you add a wheel.lut file which takes the micro inputs form your wheel and works with the game settings to get a really good FFB feel

I'll write my two cents about the ADAS systems (including the Automatic Lights system in them because it's equally as important): it's a bit of a shame that BeamNG drive doesn't feature these systems yet because the "BeamNG tech" part of the sim is purely concentrated on such technologies. Of course, I'm talking solely based on what I can see because, in reality, the BeamNG tech people may actually be working on these systems in the background and they may actually publish an ADAS-themed update in the future.

I have access to BeamNG.tech and can confirm that some of the ADAS features are already there, or can be implemented easily based on the data that is already simulated

Of course, this also means that we'll be getting adaptive cruise control, but that is also based on how well the flowgraph of the traffic vehicles is programmed, so naturally it's gonna take even longer than the rest of the ADAS systems. But that's a great start!

The backfire mod isn't realistic for a stock vehicle it has to be running rich or have a flame kit installed to back fire
