This is a really nice home. I love that there are no long hallways. Two things I really don’t like is the 2 cabinets on either side of the stove. I would want to utilize that countertop space when cooking and I guess it’s a good idea to have privacy toilets but if you’re claustrophobic that’s a problem.

Exterior walls should always be 2x6's. I think all showers should have seat, and I also don't care for tubs - especially round ones. Do love the master closet and the mud room w/ room for freezer.

See, I’m the exact opposite. I could live without a shower, especially a big one. Put the showers in the guest bathrooms. And here in south Texas we don’t have much use for a “mud room”.

I know, sometimes I drive myself a little nuts - it seems that in almost every life situation I am the outlier (a statistical term meaning more than 3 standard deviations from the norm.). But I have hated tubs from the time I was small and we had a cast iron bathtub that seemed colder than the North Pole - out house did not have central heating and winters were brutal. Now though, I just hate the idea of soaking in my own sweat and dirt, a shower just moves it all down the drain - it feels cleaner.

Since I had to stop riding (horses) because of an accident, I don't view myself as getting dirty enough to worry about the factor you mentioned. And now that I'm disabled (but not in a wheelchair yet) I didn't view a shower of much use. You have changed my mind to some extent. Thank you for waking me up to a certain extent! You have also taught me something else...other than being unique by anyone's standard...I am an "outlier" hmmm

Loved the kitchen....the whole home was nice. The back porch was nice and big. On the back porch...can there be a gate entry added, this way yourself/guests could use that instead of the front. The purpose of a gate, the use of sitting out there with a pet.

Crap!! I really love this home but that bedroom closet in the bathroom and the toilet in the closet ruins it!! I could get past the toilet in the closet but I just can't handle the closet in the bathroom! This makes the 3rd home that I would have loved to buy! I would do away with the tub in the master bath, all together. It’s a dust collector and I never use it. The shower should have a seat and a built in handheld. I love the closet in the master! I love everything else! It’s always great to have space for a freezer in the utility room. I love the recessed canister lighting and ceiling vents.

I'm sorry you missed the coat closet at the entry of the home. Take another look. When you enter the home the coat closet is on the left side of the foyer. In the utility room where the back door is there is ample space to put a coat rack or even a bench seat to allow for garments and shoes to be placed there. Thanks for watching.
