If only Oak Creek Homes had dealers in Ohio ! By far, they look as if their quality is unmatched. This is a home I would absolutely purchase if it were available in my area. I love every aspect of it. I’m someone, though , who has to be able to walk through & see it up close. Their homes seem to not feel like you’re in a “mobile home”, but rather, a quality built home. Please Oak Creek, expand out to other states !

I love the colors they used to set up this home. It's so inviting and warm. The colors of cabinets are awesome. Love master ensuite and built ins. I think their should be more in the laundry room. My only change. This is beautiful. That curved sofa is very nice

This is very nice. This is way larger than my home. I love it. Fancy. ...... My cats would love it. I live in a tiny home. .....holy cow....i could build a cat house on the outside....nice nice nice....eating bar in kitchen is beautiful...preparartion island in kitchen....nice. i will save this introduction....i love the open area. I hate when people put others down for living in mobile homes. This is really nice especially with all the windows to let sunlight in and I love the island. It's a really good size with usable counter and storage space instead of having a sink in the way. The common area is large enough to invite friends and family over for a huge holiday feast! Afterwards, hang out in some rocking chairs on the porch. 👍 Omg... the master closet looks bigger than my daughter's bedroom. LOL! Ok, I'm convinced... you can just come drop this off on my 2-acres! 😃

I have nothing against trailers and I know if a storm hits a brick home straight on it can destroy it but less wind destroys trailers I want one but I'm nervous I will have to go get a hotel every time it's bad weather

I agree with you. When I decided to buy a home I went to manufactured home that's the only way I'd be able to afford to get everything I wanted in a home. quit school if the put a big hole in a panel all you got to do is order a new one and put it up. Houses cost is ridiculous and I could get one for a fraction of the price

That's right! We went from a mobile home for 5 yrs when we first married, had kid's and outgrew it, then to this home of 25 year's that has 'cost us a small fortune' fixing it up and now, we're selling it to buy as you said, 'a home we can snap our finger's' in before it even happens :) Love it!!!!!!

livable! very much so! but the quality is what matters over everything else! as you say, the finishes can be selected (or altered to one's own preference), but the foundation, insulation, and roof make the home sound. electrical and plumbing vital for peace of mind too! how come you guys in the pre-fab business are so reticent on these aspects of the house? never hear anyone mention them. design and essentials are pretty universal/standard these days. what a customer needs to learn about from you is the quality of the materials and work! References and warranties and such! just trying to help!
