MODULE 13 (part 2) - Shear and Moment in Beams

In this video, we introduce the method of area in generating shear and moment diagram in beams. Additional problem is also provided using both method of section and method of area.

another way for finding the max moment is by equating the shear function to 0, so 0 = -1.5x+4, shift solve is x = 2.666 then substitute x sa M=-0.75x^2 +4x to get 5.333 yayyy

Hi Sir ask lang po 32:51, If consider po na tama po itong eq. [ 4(x) -6(x-2) -M = 0] ng segment BC if nag simula ako ng left side? bali M=-2x +12 din po kinalabasan, tho im not sure lang po sa pag identify ko ng distance. Ty po
