shouldn't processes in MLQ be in two different queues at this case? why is there only one queue for all priorities? it only looks like a combination of RR and priority queues but not MLQ.

Hey why did you change the arrival time of P1 to 12? when the process P1 is already in the Queue 2 at Time 0. Does the preemption take off the process P1 from ready queue and then bring it back in at time 12? Is it the property of MLQ? Thanks for answering :)
