Hi guys, thanks for the very valuable feedback! This kind of input enables us to continuously improve our professional window cleaning tools. In fact, the two scrubbing pads were added on request of a majority of window cleaners that suggested this. So we might reconsider this and relaunch our question to all of you: do you prefer one or two scrubbing sides?? The Velcro-issue is new to us, we’re investigating this with the highest priority! You can always contact us on Messenger with product related questions. Happy Window Cleaning! :)

I don't usually do much commenting but I do watch you guys. I have been in the biz for 28 years. I totally thought I was the only one who got bad sleeves from moerman. my 2 year old sleeve is in better shape than my 4 month old ones. Also I am sure you figured this out but I solved my moerman channel rubber problem last spring by throwing away all that shitty moerman rubber and jamming some ettore in there. cheers and peace!

I started using the sleeves because of your recommendation. I love love ed the water retention. I actually don't mind that it has a scrubby on either end. I tend to press lightly enough on tinted windows that it will take off the fingerprints without scratching. Plus the scrubby slots to one side so I will use the other side/corner most the time. Yes I've been using mine now for 3 weeks or so. But yes the velcro is starting to frey apart. It still has plenty of hold but it's starting to fray around the edges.

Funny you made this video, because I actually bought the moerman sleeve after watching your top 5 must have tools. Thankfully I got the old quality version😁 I will never buy a moerman pole again they're absolute garbage. It broke after the first week and wouldn't tighten😡 Love the unger ninja, but HATE the endclips because it leaves so much detailing work. My go to tools: Unger opti-loc poles, Unger ninja handle with ettore super channel, ettore ledge Eze with ettore brass channel, Samurai hip bucket, unger t bar & unger sleeve. LOVE THEM!!😁😁

If you have a plastic internal T-Bar you can screw the sleeve to the T-Bar, thats what i do cause I like it to feel totally solid, its messes up switching sleeves at all but you just get little stainless steel screws the kind like wood screws that tap in and have a button-head, I put like 8 of them in there.

I have a love hate relationship with the Moerman squeegee. I’m using them about 6 months but like some of the other commenters said, it’s finicky. It eats rubbers like no body’s business, feels weak and has to be at the perfect angle all the time. Not to mention needs lots of soap. I use it still but some days when I want to grab a good old reliable I grab a Unger Ergotec with S-Plus channel. Not as good a detailer but still better imo

Hey, don't know if you've done any videos on these things yet, but I have a few ideas/questions you can answer: 1. How do you guys keep from getting soaking wet hands when squeegeeing? I never really see your hands dripping like mine do 2. How would you clean a window behind a bunch of hedge bushes where you can't get a ladder or if there's like an A/C in the way? 3. Walking on roofs, I worry about someone asking me to clean windows and having to walk on a roof.

SteveO The Window Cleaner yep. I’ve been hoping Ettore or Unger will come out with a swivel tool in the same vein as the Excelerator. One of my handles has always gotten stuck if you try to adjust the angle. The other works alright but they just feel like cheap plastic compared to other brands. I am 35 years into window cleaning and seen this many times. Ettore did the same with the Durasleeve. Their mop cover was the best ever and held SOOOO much water! They were originally made with snaps then went to Velcro and still awesome. Then went to white still good but then they went to a crappy limp pile on their mops that don't hold water. The original mop covers you can take dry and hold on it's side and it will stand straight but, now they go limp and hold no water they are a notch over Unger crappy mops that hold no water. I am lucky enough to own enough original Ettore mops to last another 10 years. Ettore I hope you read this and bring back your original durasleeve just charge more for it if that is what it takes. The quality was the best ever and it saves us time and trips back to dip. I have no problem paying tiop dollar for tools that make my jobs better and faster! I think I will make a video on the Ettore Durasleeve from first to last just so windows cleaners will know how good it was.

My college loves the Moerman sleeve (although older one probs?) and I love the unger sleeves, (Didn't know they were unger until you said :-) ) I normally choose sleeve by colour, coz how can you know what its like until you try it, I chose the red because I had green holster at the time and green and red reminded me of Tomatoes :-) , but then I liked the sleeves and stuck with 'em. tried the Moerman, holds more water but also makes it heavier! preference I guess?

Thanks for the heads up guys. Our supplier down here still has older stock so I’ll zap out and buy a couple of 10s and 14s for the cupboard. A small observation. I’ve experienced this a few times with Chinese manufacturing. Yes it’s down to the company but an eagle eye has to be kept on production runs as very often the supplier themselves start scrimping on the quality to ‘save $$$ for boss’. If QC is less than comprehensive? Disaster... either way...poor form.

Thanks guys, I was following you and watching you. I am starting my new business in cleaning and I decided to follow your advices regarding MOERMAN products.....I spent 400 euros in it. It might be nothing for you, but for me who has a small budget, I am a bit pissed.....it feels like I listen to you for buying something just because you had advantages on that, I really thought you were honest on your previous videos. I ll do it with MOERMAN, hope it ll be ok. Enjoy playing with people, I m offf

Whoa! Sorry to hear that. We honestly just give our opinion on tools. Some of these products used to be great and then went down hill. Since then they have addressed these issues.

Luke! Shouldn’t it be “Dear Manufacturer”? I think there should be another r at the end!

I don't think your suppose to use them in a bucket.. they want you to use a squirt bottle for super efficiency and sharpness in detail.
