Don't quote me on this but I think I have a theory that explains what happened to your ear at 7:30. A change in temperature, pressure and even surrounding energy and ‘buzz’ to the air are all common indicators of the presence of a Spirit - specifically, a deceased person. But the word I want to focus on here is pressure. A change in pressure in the surrounding environment can cause your ear to "pop" or it can also cause a sharp pain in your ear. This is the same as pressure changes while changing altitude in a air plane. My explanation for CJ not experiencing this is because, you may have walked right next to or even through a spirit while CJ was a few meters beside you meaning that he possibly was not in the radius of the spirits pressure change. As I said before, only a theory so who knows!?

As a paranormal investigator myself, I think that too often, its easier to just focus on the paranormal activity for the sake of the paranormal activity rather than focus on why their are spirits in a location or why it is experiencing activity. We live in a time and society where the worse you can paint something for shock value, the more the public likes it which is why those who investigate the paranormal have such an uphill battle when it comes to evidence collected and getting an already skeptical mainstream scientific community to get on board so we can find answers and understand the phenomena better. Waverly Hills may be haunted by the spirits of some who suffered greatly with what was an incurable disease and an almost certain death sentence but the staff there did their best to comfort those folks and give them some measure of peace in a life wrought with pain and suffering. The place should be known for the humanity it showed to people who came from all over the nation and the world and hoped to be cured from this horrible disease. At Waverly, they had a chance, a glimmer of hope that their lives could be saved and that was due to the efforts of the dedicated people who worked there and truly cared about their fellow human beings enough to try and make them comfortable and if possible cure them.

It's truly sad that so many spirits are left behind for whatever reasons but it isn't due to any bad things done to them by hospital staff. It was a tragic disease that first stole your strength and then your life. It is a credit to the many doctors and nurses and other hospital staff that those who survived and were treated at Waverly have fond memories of the place like the doctor who brought his horse to the hospital so that the children there could take rides outside or the sleigh rides around Christmas with one of the staff acting as Santa Claus. While there is a lot of sadness there, there was also a great deal of happiness and relief if only briefly for those affected with this awful disease.

Considering there are active train tracks 1200 feet away from the location, with no large objects to block the sound, it would not be uncommon to hear train whistles. Because the tracks do go through a populated area they would have to blow the whistle as they are going through to warn people that the train is coming. So your "ghost train" is actual a real one

Ok now with that train horn omg wowwww that’s a ghost train!! If you replay to the first horn when it started it was faint then little loud, then omg you hear it again like couple minutes later faint again then gets loud! If that was a real train it wouldn’t start again faint sounding!! Such a great episode! I feel like I’m watching the Sci Fi channel of Ghost Adventures with Zak Bagans!! 👍

Andy Pullar At 8:39 it begins faint then gets gradually little loud till 9:07. Then it starts again faint at 9:49 then it’s very faint don’t really hear it from 9:55 till 10:04. But 10:05 it’s louder till 10:26.

Haley Norton Oh ok maybe the train horns are different in Louisville. They must appear faint then get loud then couple minutes later only to hear it again faint then gradually become loud. As well as not hearing the sound of the train passing by with all that open windows. Who knows maybe your right it’s a real train. Just seemed legit to me but in not there so who knows.

Katie Shields I agree and disagree Bc it could be caused by the light reflection of Moe’s camera and that the mist like object darted to the right to fast for Moe’s camera to even make a reflection. I’ve been watching these types of videos, have done paranormal investigations, been scratched and almost possessed. This could actually be real evidence of the paranormal activity going on there.
